Processing, Order Delivery and Pick-up
Allow 5-7 business days for local delivery and 8-14 business days for regional delivery from time of purchase to delivery. Canada Post is responsible for delivery after shipping. We are not responsible for any orders lost, damaged or delayed by Canada Post. Contact us if any of these events occur and we will do what is necessary to rectify the situation. Depending on what you ordered, you may or may not receive a tracking number to see the progress of the delivery of your order.
To ensure that your order arrives at its destination without problems, please ensure that your address is entered correctly (apartment number, suite/office, full street name, etc.). When your order is delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered orders due to an error on your part. The customer is responsible for any additional charges by Canada Post caused by an error in the address. If there is a problem during the delivery of your order (delay due to temperature, etc.), we will notify you by email.
For pick-ups, the service is free. Allow 2-4 business days before picking up the order. You will be notified by email when the order is ready for pickup.
Delivery is free for all orders of 100.00$ or more.
